Job Description:
The Senior Resident in Anatomy at Medical colleges plays a crucial role in the academic and educational activities within the Department of Anatomy.
This position involves advanced training in anatomical sciences, teaching responsibilities, and participation in research and administrative duties.
Facilitate anatomy teaching sessions for medical students, residents, and other healthcare professionals, including lectures, small group discussions, and laboratory sessions.
Assist in the preparation and conduct of anatomy-related activities for surgical and clinical specialties, such as surgical workshops, simulation exercises, and cadaveric dissections.
Collaborate with faculty and peers on interdisciplinary research initiatives within the institution and establish external partnerships as appropriate.
Maintain compliance with institutional policies, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements related to research, teaching, and anatomical specimen handling.
Pursue opportunities for professional development, including attending workshops, conferences, and continuing education courses to enhance teaching skills and anatomical knowledge.
